A short list of Firefox addons I use:
Fire Gestures - mouse gestures
NoScript - security
Save My Tabs - default setting is save all tabs every 15 minutes - just extra safety
Self-Destructing Cookies - auto destroys cookies except from specific sites.
Tab Counter - most important addon if you often reach 250+ tabs.
Tile Tabs - split tabs into different areas on the screen.
Tree Style Tab - puts all tabs in a tree like structure on one of the sides. Useful to group large number of tabs.
